Rental terms & conditions

  1. Rates in Australian Dollars.
  2. Rates for Minimum Three Night Stay.
  3. Peak/High season may incur additional charges.
  4. A deposit of 30% is required to secure a booking – the balance of which is to be paid four weeks prior to arrival.
  5. We charge a small $100 security deposit. This will be refunded after departure if all villa property has been returned and no damage has occurred.
  6. Breakfast options available.
  7. Airport transfer to villa included for stays of 7 nights or more.
  8. CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations of bookings must be notified in writing. Outside 60 days of check-in 50% of monies paid will be refunded. Within 60 days of check-in all monies are non-refundable.
  9. Early departures are non-refundable.
  10. On arrival a bond may be required by Credit Card for any loss/damage which will be charged automatically.
  11. Check-in time 2:00PM.
  12. Checkout time 11:30AM.
  13. Late checkout – please contact us for this to be factored into your quote.
  14. Management & staff of villas are not liable for any loss, damage or injury you may suffer during your stay at the villa.
  15. ​We have a strict no Schoolies or Party policy
  16. Management & staff reserve the right to cancel any booking or evict any persons in relation to unacceptable behaviour. No refund will be issued.
