HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES THE VILLA SLEEP?
7 people (2 King sized beds and 2 single beds (single beds easily made into third King sized bed). We have a hotel quality fold out bed.
There are three private bathrooms in the villa.

HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?
Leisurely 5 minute stroll.

HOW FAR IS THE AIRPORT?
20 minutes from Bali International Airport.

WHO ARRANGES TRANSPORT FROM AIRPORT? DOES IT COST?
Villa Mandy will arrange for a driver to meet you at the airport and drive you to your accommodation if you are staying for 7 nights or longer this is included in your rate.
If staying less that 7 nights, we can organise this for you at a very reasonable fee.

CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING FROM YOUR WEBSITE?
If you would like to change your booking, contact us by email in the first 48 hours of your booking. Peak season has further restrictions.

WHEN IS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME?
Check in is 2pm
Check out is 1130am

DO YOU OFFER LATE CHECK OUTS?

WHAT ARE THE VILLA FACILITIES?
Parking area, private pool, kitchen with modern appliances, hair dryer, safety box, cable tv, dvd and stereo system, free fast wi-fi internet access and housekeeping.

DOES THE VILLA HAVE AIR-CONDITIONING?
Yes, in all bedrooms.

HOW DOES THE PRIVATE DAILY HOUSEKEEPER OPERATE?
Staff attend daily to clean and service the villa. Breakfast can be organised for a very reasonable fee if required

ARE THERE TOWELS & TOILETRIES IN THE VILLA?
Yes.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING EXTRA?
A good book.

IS THERE FREE INTERNET CONNECTION?
We provide free wi-fi internet access if you bring your laptop or device. We have 2 modems.

CAN I ORDER FOOD FROM THE VILLA?
Yes, we provide brochures in villa from many surroundings restaurants who offer home delivery service.

IS THERE A CHEF AVAILABLE TO COOK MEALS?
We can organise our staff to cook an indonesian meal for you

IS THERE AN INTERNATIONAL MONEY EXCHANGE NEARBY?
Yes.

ARE THERE EXTRA BEDS?
Yes we have a hotel quality inner spring fold out bed.

A private Villa is an intimate experience where you can totally relax and enjoy your holiday at your own pace, very privately with the benefits of staying in the heart of all the activity, restaurants, beach and attractions.

DOES THE VILLA HAVE INSURANCE IN CASE OF ACCIDENT OR THEFT?
Villa Mandy strongly recommends all people to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover themselves in the event of accident, illness or theft. You stay at all properties at your own risk, however of course measures are taken by management to prevent any problems during your stay. Villa Mandy under no circumstance can be held responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim or injury either directly or indirectly due to your stay in a private villa or hotel that we represent.
